Notice of cancellation must be made to UWO CCDET seven calendar days prior to the training day. This notification will result in a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per person per training day. (Example: training day is September 12; the last day to cancel and to receive full refund minus the processing fee is on September 5). Your account will be credited. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the cutoff date; however, substitutions will be allowed at no additional cost.
