When your registration has been processed by UW Oshkosh CCDET Registration Staff you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to access the virtual course. Typically you will receive this link within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a link within this time frame please forward a copy of your purchase receipt to regstaff@uwosh.edu Each attendee will receive a unique link and all attendees will need to register for the course individually.

Refund Policy: If you have any questions, or need to cancel your registration, call (920) 424-1071 or email regstaff@uwosh.edu.

Notice of cancellation must be made to UWO CCDET seven calendar days prior to the training. This notification will result in a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per person per training. (Example: training is September 12; the last day to cancel and to receive full refund minus the processing fee is on September 5). Your account will be credited. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the cutoff date; however, substitutions will be allowed at no additional cost.
